State laws vary widely on what firearms, magazines, and accessories can be sold across state lines. The buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with their state's laws.
We currently do not ship certain items to the following states. This list isn't exhaustive — check your state's specific firearm regulations before ordering:
Some states cap magazine capacity at 10, 15, or 20 rounds. If your state has a limit and the item we ship exceeds it, your FFL dealer will not transfer it. We will issue a refund minus shipping.
NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, etc.) require ATF Form 4 approval before pickup. We coordinate the paperwork with your FFL and the ATF; expect 6–12 months from order to pickup.
This policy describes how Meridian Arms collects, uses, and protects information you provide when ordering through this website.
Federal law requires us to maintain records of firearm transactions (Form 4473 and bound book entries) for 20 years and to produce them upon request from the ATF. We will comply with valid law enforcement requests.
You can request a copy of your order history at any time by emailing us at the address on the contact page. You can also request deletion of your contact information from our marketing list, though federal record-keeping requirements prevent us from deleting transaction records.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, and at least 21 to purchase a handgun. You must not be prohibited from owning firearms under federal, state, or local law.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Inventory updates daily from our wholesaler; while we strive for accuracy, items shown as in-stock may occasionally sell out before your order is processed. In that case we'll notify you and refund any payment immediately.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: orders where the shipping FFL is invalid, orders where the buyer fails the background check, orders that violate state or federal law, or orders we suspect of fraud.
Payment is processed via Authorize.net at the time of checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order total to your card.
See the Shipping Policy. Firearms ship to your designated FFL dealer; you are responsible for the FFL's transfer fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the FFL dealer, the ATF, or carriers.
See the Returns Policy. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred. Ammunition is non-returnable.
Products are sold "as is" with manufacturer warranty only. We make no additional warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for misuse of products, injuries resulting from use, or any consequential damages. Firearms are dangerous if misused; you accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use.
